Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant, located in Kolkata. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and receivable. The role involves maintaining financial records, assisting with budget preparation, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Junior Accountant will also support the finance team in audits and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
