Junior Accountant

Job Title: Junior Accountant (Female)

Department: Accounts & Finance
Reports To: Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a female Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The role involves assisting in daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance department in compliance and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain ledgers.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliation and handle petty cash.
• Support monthly and annual financial reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for accounts follow-up.
• Assist during audits and year-end closing activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• 0–2 years of accounting experience (freshers can also apply).
• Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and basic accounting principles.
• Attention to detail, good communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team under supervision.
