Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our finance and operations team. This role is ideal for freshers or interns looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and day-to-day business finance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining daily financial records and ledgers.
• Support in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and payment entries.
• Help in reconciliation of bank statements and vendor accounts.
• Manage petty cash and track daily expenses.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for billing and order-related payments.
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and documentation.
• Ensure timely data entry and accuracy in accounting software (Tally / Excel).
• Support with audit preparation and filing of basic returns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with Tally is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced business environment.
