Key Responsibilities Are:

● Recording the sales, Inventory account payable and accounts receivables.

● Prepare Journal entries for the month end close.

● Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing and accounting systems

to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including

salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.

● Issuing tax reports to various government entities.

● Record and Validate financial statements and financial transactions by auditing.

● Identify potential discrepancies and reconcile them by collecting and analyzing

data.

● Preparing and issuing various reports based on the need by the management.

Essential requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters from any recognized university
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally (Mandatory), QuickBooks, etc..
• Advanced MS Excel skills including V lookups and pivot tables
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Direct Taxes & Indirect Taxes . GST, TDS & statutory compliance.
• Mastery in handling accounts for exports business is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• 1 to 2 years of work experience as an accountant is mandatory.
