We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounts team. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting entries, maintaining records, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented and eager to grow in the field of accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments).
• Maintain books of accounts in accounting software (Tally/ERP or similar).
• Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial reports.
• Handle vendor payments, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement documentation.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns under supervision.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of bills, vouchers, and financial records.
• Assist senior accountants and auditors in financial reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting or related field (freshers with good knowledge may apply).
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,239.89 - ₹20,000.00 per month
