Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment processing. Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data. Post journal entries to the general ledger and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes. Support the Senior Accountant with audits and tax return preparation. Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts. Assist with expense reporting and reimbursement processing. Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies. Perform ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.). Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
