Responsibilities:
1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally software.
2. Balance Sheet Management: Prepare and analyze balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
3. Auditing: Conduct regular internal audits to identify discrepancies and ensure financial integrity.
4. Profit and Loss Preparation: Generate timely and accurate profit and loss statements, providing insights into the company's financial performance.
5. Expense Management: Monitor and control expenses, highlighting areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
6. Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring adherence to relevant tax laws and regulations.
7. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
8. Month-End Closing: Facilitate month-end closing procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations.
9. Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management, highlighting key financial indicators.
