Junior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked under Chartered Accountants (CA) or are Intermediate CA qualified.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting functions and financial activities independently.
• Manage all aspects of export documentation, ensuring compliance with export regulations.
• Process BRC (Bank Realization Certificate) work and maintain records.
• Oversee and manage GST-related tasks, including filing returns and ensuring compliance with GST laws.
• Independently manage and coordinate all accounting operations and activities within the department.
• Preparation and maintenance of financial reports and accounts.
• Handle reconciliations and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Ensure timely and efficient handling of all financial transactions and bookkeeping processes.
• Assist with audits and other financial procedures as required.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related roles.
• Experience working under a Chartered Accountant (CA) or being an Intermediate CA is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of GST and its applications.
• Ability to manage and handle accounting work independently.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or related field.
• CA Inter or CA background preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Vishwakarma Industrial Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
