Junior Accountant

• Data Entry & Daily Accounting
• Record day-to-day transactions in Tally or ERP (freight bills, vendor invoices, petty cash, etc.)
• Maintain accurate ledgers for customers, vendors, and drivers
• Billing Support
• Assist in preparing freight invoices, loading/unloading bills, and storage charges
• Verify supporting documents like LR copy, POD, gate pass before billing
• Cash & Bank Handling
• Prepare bank vouchers, cheque deposits, and assist with bank reconciliation
• Maintain daily cash book and petty cash expenses with proper approvals
• Accounts Payable Support
• Process vendor payments including diesel, toll, RTO, garage, and driver advances
• Match bills with POs/GRNs and update payment status
• TDS & GST Support
• Apply correct TDS/GST rates while booking entries
• Assist in preparing data for monthly GST/TDS filing
• File & Document Management
• Maintain physical and digital records of vouchers, bills, receipts, and PODs
• Ensure trip-wise and customer-wise filing of documents
• Co-ordination with Operations
• Liaise with dispatch/transport team for accurate trip sheets, expenses, and route data
• Help resolve discrepancies in vehicle expense or billing records

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
