Job Description:

  • Record daily financial transactions in Tally / ERP software.
  • Maintain purchase, sales, and expense ledgers.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and vouchers.
  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and petty cash.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
  • Support payroll processing and maintain employee reimbursement records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for payment and billing queries.
  • Help in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Prepare basic financial summaries and assist auditors during reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting (freshers with internship experience may also apply).
  • Working knowledge of Tally ERP / MS Excel / GST filing.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills (optional):

  • Experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
  • Knowledge of inventory accounting and cost tracking.
  • Familiarity with E-invoicing and E-way bills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
