Job Description

  • Visit retail shops, supermarkets, hotels, bakeries, and distributors to promote and sell company products.
  • Identify new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure product visibility and availability in stores.
  • Collect orders and coordinate with dispatch and delivery teams.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to management.
  • Handle sales reporting, billing, and collections.
  • Execute marketing and promotional campaigns in assigned areas.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: +2 / Diploma / Graduate (any discipline).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG / food product sales (freshers with good communication also considered).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation ability.
  • Knowledge of local market and routes.
  • Basic understanding of sales targets and order management.
  • Motorbike with valid driving license (for field visits).
  • Basic computer or mobile app usage (for reporting orders).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
