We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Jr Sous Chef to join our team at Neon Market in Bengaluru. In this role, you will assist in preparing and cooking menu items, ensuring high food quality, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, placing orders for supplies, and adhering to health and safety standards. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in food preparation and cooking techniques, proficiency in kitchen management and staff supervision, knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
