Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Hot Kitchen Commi role located in Bengaluru. The Hot Kitchen Commi will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards. The role involves supporting the chef in preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring food safety practices, and contributing to the seamless operation of the kitchen in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and foundational Culinary Skills
• Understanding and adherence to Hygiene and food safety standards
• Strong Communication skills to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure
• Relevant experience in a commercial kitchen or training at a culinary institute is a plus
