Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Jr. Software Tester located in Bhopal, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Jr. Software Tester will be responsible for executing test cases, performing software testing, ensuring quality assurance, and analyzing results. Day-to-day tasks include identifying bugs, documenting them, collaborating with the development team for solutions, and verifying fixes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Test Execution and Software Testing skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and Quality Assurance abilities
• Experience in creating and executing Test Cases
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with bug tracking tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
