Role & responsibilities

Deliver Solutions and Solve Customer issues.

  • Answering Customer Queries
  • Connecting with Key Business Executives
  • Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails.
  • Keep Records and Documentation of Customer Interaction and details of action taken for training purposes
  • Consistently update the companys mailing list to ensure constant communication with existing, as well as with prospective clients.
  • Willingness to work in second shift or first shift if required

Preferred candidate profile

  • Relate with customers to understand what their specific needs are, so as to enable the company to meet those needs
  • Establish Customer Support Practices
  • Strictly comply with the procedures and systems already outlined in standard operating manual of the company
  • Provide required support for companys operations as a very important team player
  • A thorough knowledge of the Product or Service the company they work for is offering
