The selected individuals will undergo a comprehensive training program combining classroom sessions and on-the-job training over a duration of three months, focusing on Sales & Marketing. The job designation for this role is Assistant Manager - Business Development. We are looking for candidates who possess strong verbal and written communication skills, whether experienced or freshers. A passion to work in a dynamic and growing organization, coupled with self-motivation and exceptional organizational abilities, are essential. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate excellent presentation skills, a keen interest in technology sales, and a proactive attitude towards learning. As an Assistant Manager - Business Development, your responsibilities will include selling end-to-end Enterprise Software solutions for various technologies such as BI, CRM, EPM, Gen AI, AI/ML. You will be involved in lead generation, prospecting, and lead qualification, as well as identifying new business opportunities within the assigned geography and across industry verticals. Additionally, managing existing business accounts will be a key part of your role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The preferred experience level for this role is a total of 1 year of work experience. The work location is in person, offering a dynamic and engaging environment for personal and professional growth.,
