Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to support our sales operations and client engagement activities. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in sales within the interior solutions or building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities Client Interaction & Support

• Assist senior sales executives in handling client inquiries and showroom walk-ins.
• Understand basic client requirements such as budget, design preference, and usage.
• Provide initial product information and coordinate meetings with senior team members.

Sales Assistance & Follow-ups

• Support lead generation through calls, site visits, and referrals.
• Follow up with potential customers to ensure timely conversions.
• Help in preparing quotations, proposals, and basic documentation.

Product Knowledge

• Learn and understand the company’s range of doors, finishes, materials, and features.
• Stay updated on basic interior trends and product applications.
• Assist in explaining product benefits to customers under guidance.

Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with internal teams such as design, production, and installation for order processing.
• Support project tracking and ensure smooth communication between teams.
• Assist in ensuring timely delivery and installation as per client commitments.

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain records of leads, customer details, and follow-ups.
• Update sales data and assist in preparing regular reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales-related records.

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools (preferred).
• Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-focused approach.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
