Jr. Sales Executive

You will be responsible for interacting with potential clients to provide end-to-end online/offline solutions. Your main tasks will include sales and acquisition/retention of clients in the assigned territory, generating leads through direct sales, and selling IT services related to Web & Mobile apps. Your goal will be to achieve targets and develop new business opportunities by promoting the company's online/offline solutions. In this role, you will need to create and maintain excellent relationships with clients and key stakeholders, and tailor the product pitch according to their specific requirements. You will also be responsible for understanding and assessing client needs, sharing proposals and presentations, and customizing solutions accordingly. Regular interaction with clients to ensure a strong and partnership-based relationship is essential. As part of your responsibilities, you will manage complex sales solutions, acquire new clients, and drive both volume and value in sales management. Additionally, you will provide software training and dedicated support to clients. You should be able to conduct client-level meetings, handle client calls using the company-provided SIM card, and independently demonstrate software products. This position requires 0-3 years of experience and candidates with a background in B.Sc/M.Sc (IT), BCA, BBA, or MBA with fluency in English are preferred. Technical skills such as lead generation, selling IT services for Web & Mobile, and conducting software presentations/demonstrations are necessary for this role.,
