Job Description

A Jr. Sales specialist plays a critical role in identifying and engaging potential customers, setting the stage for the sales team to convert leads into customers. They need excellent communication, strong selling, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to quickly adapt and learn about the company's products or services. Excel knowledge is essential for effective lead tracking and management. Product training will be provided to enhance their product knowledge. (Minimum 6 month experience in same field Mandatory)

*Job Tasks*:

1. *Lead Generation*:

- Identify potential customers through various channels, including tele calling and online research.

- Create and maintain a database of leads for future follow-up.

2. *Prospecting*:

- Initiate contact with potential customers via phone calls, emails, or in-person visits.

- Introduce the company's products or services and assess their interest.

3. *Sales Pitch*:

- Deliver a compelling sales pitch to generate interest and curiosity among potential customers.

- Highlight the key benefits and features of the products or services.

*Appointment Setting*:

- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.

- Ensure that appointments are well-documented and communicated effectively.

5. *Follow-Up*:

- Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

- Address any questions or concerns they may have.

6. *Customer Education*:

- Provide basic information about the company, its products, and their benefits to potential customers.

- Educate leads on how the products or services can meet their needs.

7. *Feedback Collection*:

- Gather feedback from potential customers regarding their interest, objections, or concerns.

- Share feedback with the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

8. *Documentation*:

- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, appointments, and outcomes using CRM software or other tools.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Kannada.

- Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.

- Strong selling and persuasion abilities to engage potential customers and motivate them to take action.

- Effective interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with potential customers.

- Ability to quickly grasp product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Basic understanding of the company's products or services.

- Ability to explain product features and benefits to potential customers.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or similar tools for lead tracking and data management.

*Skills*:

1. *Telecalling/Sales Experience*:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in telecalling or sales roles.

- Familiarity with sales processes and customer interactions.

2. *Convincing Skills*:

- Strong ability to persuade and convince potential customers to explore the company's offerings.

*Adaptability*:

- Ability to adapt to different customer personas and tailor communication accordingly.

4. *Time Management*:

- Effective time management skills to prioritize lead follow-up and appointment setting.

5. *CRM Usage*:

- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for lead management.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
