Jr. Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales and manage existing customer relationships.
• Convert leads into orders through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and B2B clients.
• Assist customers with queries related to pricing, products, and deliveries.
• Manage customer complaints, replacements, and feedback efficiently.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and order reports.
• Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining timely communication and excellent service.
• Work closely with marketing and operations to support new launches and promotions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer support (FMCG / F&B preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command over MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for sales.
• Freshers with good communication and eagerness to learn may also apply.

Pay: ₹8,097.20 - ₹32,587.76 per month
