Jr. Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring an energetic and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our real estate team, focusing on open plots and layout ventures. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, site visits, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the high-demand land and plotting sector.

• Generate leads through cold calling, social media, referrals, and field visits.
• Promote open plot ventures and explain project features, pricing, and location advantages.
• Conduct site visits with clients and provide complete property information.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate plot options within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions using CRM tools or Excel.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Support in collecting booking amounts and assisting with documentation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and land appreciation potential

Requirements:

• 12 th and Bachelor’s degree
• preferably in real estate/open plots freshers welcome
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and local language(s).
• Willingness to travel extensively for field work and site visits.
• Basic knowledge of plotting ventures, DTCP/RERA norms, and land sale procedures.
• Confident, persuasive, and result-driven personality.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with plotting layouts, and upcoming development areas.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close deals independently.
