Jr. Safety Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment on construction sites. This role involves identifying potential hazards, implementing safety policies, and promoting a culture of safety among all workers.

Job Description:

Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

· Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.

· Provide safety training and education to all workers.

· Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and recommend corrective actions.

· Monitor the use of safety equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.

· Respond to workers' safety concerns and issues.

· Maintain records of safety-related incidents and reports.

· Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety standards.

· Conduct emergency response drills and ensure preparedness for potential emergencies.

· Preferably work in high rise residential building or Commercial building with Fit out work.

Ensure proper documentation of all safety information's, keeping of all records, inspection sheets and share safety statistics on weekly and monthly basis.

Skills Required :

Experience: Fresher to 1+ years

Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, NEBOSH, IOSH, Construction Management, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
