Jr. Safety Officer

As a Junior Safety Officer at IA Swara Hygiene Pvt Ltd, located in Sector 5, Plot 7, you will be responsible for assisting the senior safety team in implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing safety policies, procedures, and programs. - Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. - Report safety incidents, near misses, and accidents, and assist in investigating incidents to determine root causes. - Provide support for safety training programs and employee safety inductions. - Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure safety protocols are followed. - Maintain records of safety inspections, training, and incidents. - Participate in emergency response planning and drills. - Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Basic knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and hazard analysis. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and the ability to work independently. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
