Position: Jr. Quality Analyst

Current Openings: 2

Experience Level: 2-4 Years

Job Location: Pune (Work from office)

Work Days: Monday – Friday

Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Salary: As per Industry Standards

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate – Computer Science or related field
Postgraduate – Computer Science or related field
Specialization/ Computers/ MCA – Computers/ M.Sc – Any Specialization.

Role Overview:
As a Quality Analyst in our e-learning company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital learning solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and track defects, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence.

Required Role Attributes:

Diligence in identifying and documenting software defects and issues.
Effective communication skills to report findings and work collaboratively with development teams.
Detail-oriented approach to creating, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test cases.
Ability to work within project deadlines and adapt to changing requirements.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in manual software testing methodologies and techniques.
Familiarity with bug tracking tools and processes.
Ability to maintain documents such as bug tracking and testing process documents.
Basic understanding of quality assurance principles.
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and diagnose software issues.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additional Skills:

Knowledge of automated testing tools and techniques.
Understanding of e-learning platforms and educational technologies.
Experience with version control systems and continuous integration processes.
