Jr. Quality Analyst

As a skilled Quality Analyst (QA) with 2+ years of experience in manual and automation testing, your role will be crucial in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications. Your strong analytical skills and experience in working in an agile development environment will be valuable assets in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web & mobile applications. - Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies. - Collaborate with developers and business teams to ensure high-quality product releases. - Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. - Maintain and update test scripts to improve efficiency. - Utilize tools like Selenium, JIRA, Postman, TestNG, etc. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in manual and automation testing. - Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. - Experience working in an agile development environment. - Proficiency in using testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, Postman, TestNG, etc. (Note: The company offers benefits such as a flexible schedule, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
