Jr. Quality Analyst

As a Quality Analyst at Digitech Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning the end-to-end quality assurance activities for one or more software development or maintenance projects. - Coordinating with internal or external teams to discuss and resolve issues related to pending clarifications during tasks. - Participating in product feature design and specification discussions with Product Managers, UX engineers, Architects, and Developers. - Working with the Customer Support team to reproduce customer problems and provide effective solutions. - Developing automated test suites and environments for functional and performance testing. - Analyzing test results, coordinating with development teams for bug fixes, and preventing reoccurrence. - Generating and publishing test summary reports for management review. - Suggesting and implementing industry best practices, tools, and techniques to enhance testing efficiency across projects and the organization. Qualifications required for this role: - 6 months to 1 year of experience in Manual and Automation Testing. - Strong experience in Software Testing field throughout the career, covering all phases of the software development life cycle. - Hands-on experience in manual and performance testing for web-based, mobile-based, and desktop-based Software Products and Application projects. - Knowledge of Database testing over MySQL or other relational/non-relational databases is a plus. - Familiarity with at least one Programming language & coding on an Automation framework is a plus. - Proficiency in leading tools for requirement management, test case management, bug management, and version control. - Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills, along with a strong aptitude.
