Job Description

Role Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily inspections of civil works (shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, blockwork, plastering, finishing).
Verify work against approved drawings, specifications, and IS codes.
Prepare checklists, inspection reports, and maintain NCR records.
Identify non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions.
Support audits, ITP/MTP implementation, and quality documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of Mivan shuttering and conventional construction.
Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, IS codes, and checklists.
Good observation, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
14 years of QA/QC experience in residential or commercial construction.
Exposure to third-party inspections preferred.
Familiarity with ISO/QMS standards is an advantage.
