We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Professional to help ensure the reliability, functionality, and overall quality of our web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage test scenarios and test plans derived from both technical specifications and business needs. Conduct various types of testing—functional, regression, exploratory, and usability—across web and mobile platforms. Log and monitor bugs or issues using tools such as JIRA, Trello, or other tracking systems. Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure optimal product quality. Validate bug resolutions and verify deployments during release phases. Offer constructive input on UI/UX design, application performance, and overall usability. Maintain comprehensive testing documentation and suggest improvements to QA workflows. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
