Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. The candidate will assist in the design, analysis, testing, and manufacturing of mechanical systems and components under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of mechanical components, assemblies, and systems.
Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar).
Support production and maintenance teams in resolving technical and mechanical issues.
Conduct basic calculations for materials, loads, and stresses as part of design validation.
Participate in prototype testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation.
Assist in documentation, project reports, and maintaining records of designs and changes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including electrical, production, and quality departments.
Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with engineering procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers can apply).
Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and material selection.
Familiarity with FEA or CFD tools will be an added advantage.
Exposure to project documentation and quality systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,373.34 - ₹32,714.52 per month
