Job Title: Jr. Key Account Manager

About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with assigned customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Act as the point of contact for quick redressal of client queries and concerns. Participate in regular check-ins with key clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, customer support, marketing, etc.) to align on client requirements.
• Track and monitor client-related updates such as new store openings, expansion moves, or significant business decisions through online sources, and report them to the respective account lead.
• Provide timely reporting on account performance, client activity, and key trends to the concerned account POC.
• Support the preparation of data-driven proposals, presentations, and reports tailored to client requirements, with a focus on identifying patterns and opportunities for improving client engagement.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, and account management practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other analytical/reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts effectively.
