Junior IT Sales Executive – IT Services (1+ Year/s of experiance)

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune (Work from Office)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (MUST be from an IT Company)
Compensation: Up to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

About the Role

We are hiring a Junior Sales Executive to strengthen our B2B IT Sales team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in an IT company, with hands-on knowledge of IT sales processes and offerings like Web Development, Mobile Applications, and E-Commerce Solutions.

This role demands proactive client engagement, managing leads, preparing professional sales materials, and ensuring smooth execution of the entire sales cycle — from first contact to contract closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and assist potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and references.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups while ensuring professional communication.
  • Understand client requirements and align them with company IT services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Maintain updated lead data in CRM and track pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution design.
  • Conduct research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
  • Assist in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales/Business Development* within an IT company (mandatory)*.
  • CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of all prospects, opportunities, and client communication in the CRM system.
  • Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office, Google Suite, and proposal tools like Canva or PowerPoint.
  • Effecient and Effective Stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of IT sales processes and exposure to Web, Mobile, and E-commerce solutions.*
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) — professional, polite, and confident. *(DEAL BREAKER)
  • Ability to explain IT services effectively to both technical and non-technical clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/IT/Engineering (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Highly organized, target-driven, and passionate about building client relationships.
