Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Sales Director in the USA to support client acquisition strategies.
• Research and identify potential clients, industries, and markets.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communication materials.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain sales records, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Continuously learn and grow knowledge of IT sales and business development practices.
Requirements
• Recent graduate in BBA, B.Com, BA English, or a similar discipline.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) are critical – confidence in presenting ideas, interacting with clients, and drafting professional communication.
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify new business opportunities.
• Interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and build a long-term career in IT sales.
