As a Jr. Instructional Designer at our leading e-learning company in Pune, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and effective online learning experiences. With 2-4 years of experience, you will demonstrate proficiency in instructional design methodologies, e-learning technologies, and project management skills. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing learning needs, designing effective learning solutions, and collaborating with subject matter experts to develop impactful online courses. You will be tasked with developing high-quality online courses that align with learning objectives, applying instructional design theories, and methodologies to create engaging learning experiences, and integrating interactive elements and assessments into the courses. Your role will require you to work closely with multimedia designers and developers to ensure that the courses are user-friendly, visually appealing, and interactive. Additionally, you will be responsible for revising and updating courses based on feedback and changing needs. To excel in this role, you must possess strong skills in instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM, proficiency in e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, and the ability to create engaging multimedia elements. Excellent writing and editing skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with learning management systems are essential for success in this position. Additionally, having basic project management skills and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning will be beneficial. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field, with a postgraduate degree being an added advantage. Candidates with graphic design and visual communication skills, experience with video editing and animation tools, knowledge of accessibility standards for online learning, and familiarity with gamification and microlearning concepts will be preferred.
