You will be tasked with developing high-quality online courses that align with learning objectives, applying instructional design theories, and methodologies to create engaging learning experiences, and integrating interactive elements and assessments into the courses. Your role will require you to work closely with multimedia designers and developers to ensure that the courses are user-friendly, visually appealing, and interactive. Additionally, you will be responsible for revising and updating courses based on feedback and changing needs. To excel in this role, you must possess strong skills in instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM, proficiency in e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, and the ability to create engaging multimedia elements. Excellent writing and editing skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with learning management systems are essential for success in this position. Additionally, having basic project management skills and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning will be beneficial. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field, with a postgraduate degree being an added advantage.
