Description
1. Recruitment & Onboarding (Zoho Recruit): Publish job openings and screen resumes as per department needs Coordinate telephonic, online, and in-person interviews Maintain candidate status, communication, and workflows in Zoho Recruit Manage offer letters, documentation follow-up, and onboarding checklists 2. Employee Records & Lifecycle (Zoho People): Maintain employee master data, contracts, attendance, and leaves Track probation, confirmations, and training feedback milestones Coordinate appraisals, internal movement, and documentation updates 3. Payroll Coordination (Zoho Payroll): Gather and verify monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, claims) Liaise with accounts for payroll processing and statutory compliance Maintain confidentiality of compensation and benefits data 4. Process & Compliance Support: Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) of Human Capital Handle document verification during pre-onboarding and exit formalities Conduct internal audits of employee records for accuracy and compliance 5. Employee Engagement & Support: Assist in induction, internal training, and grievance redressal Support communication, internal activities, and feedback cycles Promote a culture of clarity, responsiveness, and empathy Requirements Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent Preferred: Experience with Zoho Human Capital tools (Recruit, People, Payroll) Required Skills: Strong coordination and process documentation skills Proficient in communication (written & verbal) Basic working knowledge of spreadsheets and cloud HRMS tools Ethical, organized, detail-focused, and team-oriented
