Job Description

Visit client sites for installation and commissioning of Strapack machines.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Diagnose faults, replace components, and test machine functionality.
Provide on-site training to machine operators and supervisors.
Service Reporting & Documentation
Fill job cards and service reports post each visit.
Capture and upload service data in Zoho FSM or assigned app.
Take before/after photos or videos as needed for service records.
Customer Interaction
Explain issues, service actions, and preventive tips to customers.
Maintain a professional and polite approach on client sites.
Escalate unresolved issues promptly to Service Head.
Inventory & Spares
Carry necessary tools and spares for service visits.
Coordinate with the central team for spare part requirements.
Maintain accountability for tools and inventory issued.
Compliance & Safety
Follow all safety protocols during machine handling and servicing.
Ensure machines are fully operational and safe before handover.
Requirements Eligibility Criteria
Education :
ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
Experience :
Minimum 1\u20133 years of relevant experience in industrial machine servicing.
Hands-on experience in packaging or automation machinery preferred.
Skills Required :
Strong mechanical/electrical diagnostic skills
Field servicing discipline
Basic English and Hindi communication
