Role Summary:

Manage and strengthen our network of 30+ authorised service centres across Rajasthan, ensuring high-quality service delivery, quick complaint resolution, and smooth coordination with head office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring and updating of service complaints
• Assigning cases to centres and ensuring timely closure
• Conducting regular service centre visits and audits
• Coordinating spare part requests and maintaining usage records
• Maintaining the central service dashboard and performance reports
• Training new service centres and ensuring process compliance
• Maintaining strong relationships with each service partner

Requirements:

• 2–7 years in pumps, electricals, appliances, or automotive service
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Ability to travel within Rajasthan
• Basic technical understanding of pump/motor issues
• Good command over Google Sheets / reporting
