Role Description

This is an on-site, contract role for a Service Technician based in Jaipur. Responsibilities include conducting maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service at client locations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of pumping systems through timely and effective technical support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of pumps and related equipment
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site inspections and repairs
• Excellent Customer Service abilities to provide professional and courteous support
• Good communication and time management skills
• Technical certification or diploma in Electrical field
• Prior experience in the pump industry or a similar field is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
• Experience in opening service centre
