Job Title: Junior HR Admin (US Recruitment)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Job Type: Full-Time (Night Shift aligned with US time zones)

Salary Range: 30,000 – 40,000 per month

About Us

We are a dynamic recruitment consulting firm specializing in US IT Staffing. To strengthen

our growing team, we are looking for a Junior HR Admin who can support HR and

administrative operations for US recruitment processes, ensuring compliance, smooth

onboarding, and coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR administrative tasks for US recruitment operations.
  • Support onboarding formalities for consultants placed with US clients.
  • Handle contracts, documentation, compliance records, and maintain centralized

databases.

  • Maintain employee records, trackers, and HR reports with accuracy.
  • Act as a liaison between recruiters, consultants, and management to ensure

smooth operations.

  • Assist with timesheet collection, payroll coordination, and invoicing support.
  • Ensure adherence to US staffing compliance and company policies.
  • Support additional HR-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR / Admin support, preferably in US recruitment or

staffing industry.

  • Strong knowledge of HR documentation, compliance, and onboarding

practices.

  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote setup.
  • Comfortable working in US time zones (Night Shift).
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of HR tools/ATS is a

plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
