Role Overview

Jr. Graphic Designer

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging graphics, layouts, and brand collaterals for both digital and print platforms. 
• Support in developing brand identities, visual styles, and communication materials. 
• Collaborate with senior designers and strategists to translate ideas into compelling concepts. 
• Work on social media creatives, campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials. 
• Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables. 
• Assist in preparing final files for delivery, production, or publishing. 
• Participate in team reviews, contribute ideas, and iterate based on feedback. 

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of professional experience in graphic design (internships/freelance experience counts). 
• Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (knowledge of After Effects or Figma is a plus). 
• A solid sense of typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and layout design. 
• Creativity backed by strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines. 
• A collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback. 
• A compelling portfolio showcasing your best work in branding, digital design, or communication design.
