Jr. Executive Fleet Maintenance

Responsibility:

Coordinate maintenance and repairs:

Schedule and oversee both preventative maintenance and urgent repairs with authorized service centers or internal technicians. This includes managing vendor relationships and comparing repair estimates.

Track vehicle health:

Maintain detailed records for each vehicle, including service history, inspections, insurance, and other key documentation. Monitor overall fleet performance, tracking vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and total maintenance costs.

Ensure compliance:

Keep all vehicles properly licensed and registered, and ensure all fleet operations comply with local and national transportation laws.

Manage daily operations: Help with driver management, scheduling, and ensuring that all standard operating procedures are followed.

Generate reports:

Prepare and submit regular reports to management on fleet status, maintenance costs, and overall performance.

Support cost optimization: Actively look for ways to reduce maintenance costs and improve operational efficiency. This can include monitoring fuel efficiency and making data-driven recommendations.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE/AGE

1 to 2 years or logistics role

QUALIFICATION

A bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field such as logistics, supply chain management, or IT.

• Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and general fleet logistics.
• Organizational skills: Excellent ability to multitask and manage a large volume of data and records.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other departments
