Qualications : B Tech. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

2 to 3 years Experience in the Metal / Construction Industry Project Management

Deliverables / Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Project Coordination:

Coordinate multiple/assigned projects with a focus on budget, timelines, and quality parameters. Liaise with clients and architects to ensure project requirements and payment timelines/milestones as per the contract or work order are complied with.

Project Management:

* Create, modify, and manage project schedules using industry-standard software such as Primavera P6 Professional Project Management (Oracle), Microsoft Project, and Google Sheets.

* Be part of the team to develop a comprehensive project log to efficiently manage project progress.

* Skillfully create, modify, and manage project schedules, ensuring timely project completion. Evaluate work scope and establish a Baseline Schedule to guide the project.

Technical Coordination:

Collaborate with the design department to facilitate the development of production drawings, aligning them with actual site conditions.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and customer relationship management.

Responsible for official communication, including presentations, business proposals, and project specifications.

Engage potential clients to understand project requirements and prepare accurate quotations. Serve as the primary point of contact for all official communications with clients and external organizations.

Project Proposals and Reports:

Verify and approve project proposals, submitting variations to clients when necessary.

Prepare and present regular weekly and monthly project reports, including client-specific reports.

Site Visits and Progress Meetings:

Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project schedules and specifications.

Attend and actively contribute to regular progress meetings with clients and consultants.

Documentations:

Assume responsibility for all project-related documentation, including final submission documents for clients and consultants.

Skill Requirements:
