As a Jr. Domestic IT Recruiter with 1 to 4 years of experience based in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for Contract to Hire (C2H) positions within the Domestic IT sector. Your responsibilities will include searching for potential candidates, providing high-quality service to clients, and developing a talent pipeline to recruit a pool of competent IT professionals. Key duties and responsibilities of a Jr. Domestic IT Recruiter may include: - Demonstrating excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities. - Utilizing various job boards, social media platforms, and creative sourcing methods to source candidates. - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and create job descriptions. - Keeping abreast of the latest recruitment trends, tools, and technologies in the IT industry. - Working closely with employers to identify key position requirements. - Screening and shortlisting candidates based on their IT skills and competencies. - Facilitating interviews between employers and potential candidates. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hitec City, Madhapur, Hyderabad. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 06:30 PM, and the interview mode is only Face to Face.
