Jr. Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media channels. Proficiency in content creation, SEO, ASO, and data analytics using Google Analytics and Looker Studio is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
• Develop, manage, and grow social media accounts (organic and paid), driving engagement and brand awareness.
• Write compelling and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, ads, and social media.
• Create and maintain real-time and periodic marketing performance reports in Looker Studio.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics to improve campaign performance.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to boost search engine rankings.
• Optimize mobile apps for visibility in app stores using ASO (App Store Optimization) techniques.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to align marketing goals with creative assets and UX.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (X+ years) in managing Google and Meta Ads.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, ASO, and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
• Proficiency in Looker Studio for dashboarding and reporting.
• Strong command of content writing and editing.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and tools.
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification.
• Experience with email marketing tools and automation platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
