Job Description

Experience Required: 2–3 years of relevant copywriting experience.

Industry Preference: Candidates with exposure to Nutraceuticals, Food & Nutrition, Wellness, D2C, or Health-focused Brands will be preferred. A background in science, nutrition, food technology, or allied fields is a strong advantage.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Junior Copywriter who understands the balance between science-backed communication and consumer-friendly storytelling. This role requires translating complex nutritional and wellness information into clear, engaging, and credible content aligned with a D2C brand’s voice.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Content Writing for Nutrition & Wellness

• Write clear, accurate, and engaging copy for nutrition and wellness products across digital platforms.

• Translate scientific and technical information into easy-to-understand consumer language without diluting credibility.

• Support product storytelling with evidence-based and compliant communication.


2. D2C Brand Communication

• Create copy for website pages, product descriptions, landing pages, emails, and performance creatives.

• Write concise, conversion-focused content aligned with D2C marketing objectives.

• Adapt tone and messaging based on platforms, campaigns, and audience segments.


3. Social Media & Marketing Copy

• Develop captions, ad copies, hooks, headlines, and scripts for social media platforms.

• Support campaign launches, offers, and seasonal marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with designers and marketers to bring ideas to life.


4. Research & Content Accuracy

• Conduct basic research on ingredients, benefits, formulations, and trends in nutrition and wellness.

• Ensure factual accuracy and brand-safe communication in line with industry standards.

• Stay updated on wellness trends, consumer behavior, and competitor messaging.


5. Brand Voice & Consistency

• Follow brand tone, style guidelines, and content frameworks across all communication.

• Ensure consistency in messaging while experimenting with formats and storytelling.

• Maintain clarity, simplicity, and trust in all brand communication.


6. Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams for content execution.

• Incorporate feedback constructively and deliver within timelines.

• Support senior writers and content strategists on larger campaigns.


Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail

• Ability to simplify scientific or technical information

• Understanding of nutrition, wellness, or health-related content

• Familiarity with D2C brand communication

• Good research and comprehension skills
