About the Role

passionate and driven Jr. Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify leads via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
  • Set up meetings with decision-makers and pitch IT services.
  • Assist in proposal writing, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaign execution.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and feedback loops.
Requirements:
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT / SaaS / Digital Marketing industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
