Job Description

Responsibilities: Record and Maintain Financial Data: Accurately record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and maintain general ledgers.  Prepare Financial Reports: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.  Process Transactions: Handle invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.  Assist with Tax Preparation: Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.  Reconcile Accounts: Perform bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.  Maintain Accounting Records: Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.  Assist in Audits: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.  Adhere to Company Policies and Regulations: Ensure compliance with company financial policies and relevant accounting standards.  Communicate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders on financial matters.
