Job Description

As a Journal Executive / Junior Journal Associate, you will assist in the preparation, review, and publication of technical and research journals. You will work closely with senior researchers, editors, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely journal publications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, formatting, and publication of technical and research journals, papers, and reports.
• Support senior team members in collecting, organizing, and reviewing research data and manuscripts.
• Proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to journal guidelines.
• Prepare technical documents, reports, and presentations based on research outcomes.
• Conduct literature reviews and support basic data analysis activities.
• Participate in team discussions and contribute to ongoing research and publication projects.
• Maintain journal databases, archives, and publication records.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement editorial feedback and revisions.

QualificationsEducational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE) or Post Graduate (PG) qualification in a relevant field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of research methodology and academic writing standards.
• Familiarity with technical or academic writing is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of reference management tools (Mendeley, EndNote, Zotero) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and publication tools.
