Role Overview
The Journal Development & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the growth, visibility, and reputation of journals on our platform. The role combines strategic planning, marketing execution, and close collaboration with editors and stakeholders to enhance journal readership, attract high-quality submissions, and strengthen citation potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow journals by attracting authors, editors, and reviewers.
• Promote journals to the research community through targeted outreach and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with journal editors to provide direction, manage relationships, and ensure effective collaboration.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, institutional, and event-based initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze readership, usage, and citation trends to inform growth strategies.
• Collaborate with management to align journal development initiatives with organizational goals.
• Represent IndianJournals.com at relevant conferences, events, and institutional visits.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in academic publishing, scholarly journals, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of the research ecosystem and the importance of scholarly publishing for authors and academics.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with editors and stakeholders at various levels.
• Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, marketing campaign design and execution, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
