Business Development Manager (Mid-Level)

📍 Location: Delhi, India

💰 CTC: ₹8 – 15 LPA (Fixed + Variable)

👉 Own client accounts, drive EPC sales, and lead tender negotiations.

Vice President – Business Development (Senior Leadership)

📍 Location: Delhi, India

💰 CTC: ₹27 – 40 LPA (Fixed + Variable + ESOPs)

👉 Define growth strategy, build high-value partnerships, and manage BD P&L.

Director – Business Development (Strategic Leadership)

📍 Location: Delhi, India

💰 CTC: ₹40 – 65 LPA (Fixed + Variable + Equity)

👉 Set the vision & roadmap, secure mega-contracts, and represent us at industry/policy forums.
