We’re now looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team and help us capture the energy, passion, and magic of our festivals through stunning video content. Role Overview As a Video Editor at Latin Notion, you will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality videos that highlight the essence of our festivals. From social media highlight reels to after-movies and promotional teasers, your work will showcase the vibrancy of our community to the world. Key ResponsibilitiesEdit event footage into dynamic highlight reels, promotional teasers, and recap videos. Craft engaging video content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. Collaborate with the creative team on storytelling, pacing, and visual style. Add motion graphics, titles, transitions, and effects that reflect the Latin Notion brand identity. Sync and edit audio/music to amplify energy and emotion in videos. Deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines, especially during festival season. Organize and manage video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and file management. Requirements Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio (preferably event, dance, or music content). Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects or similar tools a plus). Strong sense of rhythm, storytelling, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a creative team. Flexibility to handle fast turnarounds and evolving creative directions.
